Long-form writing at Hallmark was how we expanded the brand beyond the shelf and turned the voice into high-conversion content. Give me 800 words and a search query and I'll craft something that is relatable and drives action. 

I wrote articles and features to market a variety of brand voices: Hallmark, Shoebox, Mahogany, Hallmark Baby, Scary Mommy, and internal platforms. The goal was to earn the reader's attention first, and let the product become a natural next step, with search intent and brand awareness shaping the topic. Keywords were intentional, but the writing always sounded human, not formulaic. The result was content that attracted traffic, sparked conversation and moved readers closer to the brand (or purchase).

Beyond texting: Teaching kids the art of letter writing
